Would I be wasting my time by getting 2001 grizzy instead of a 2002?
Due to the problems of the 2002????I have a modified wolverine now.
I know one is a 600 and the other is a 660, and one has locking diff and the other does not. IRS compared to a straight.. How well does the 2001
hang in the woods with the newer quads?????

 

If i were you i wood save for the 02 cuz it simply improves on the 01 in everyway!

 

what problems with the 02 grizzlies, i never had any. look closesly at those problems, usually they have some thing attached to them like "I was ridding in 90 degree weather for three hours without turning the thing off", for the gas boiling. or "I went in water over the racks"for the belt slipping. as far as the left diff. being lose, that that wasa rather small problem that happened on a select number of the grizzlies. But to answer your question, get the 02 grizz. the 01 and 02 are night and day diffrence.

The other things if any are small compared to this,,,,But
then again it is not on every 02 grizzly, I called Yamaha to see
when the 03 model will be out she said October, and I asked
if she new of any problem with the 02 model,and if there were
will the fix them for 03,,, She said that there are no problems that she knew of.....
