I think that the 300ex is the better all around quad. The warrior is a little faster, but its suspension/handling leaves something to be desired when compared to a 300ex.
The 300ex can easily can relatively cheaply be modified to keep up with a warrior.
However, it would take quite a bit more money to modify a warrior to have as good of suspesion/handling as a 300ex.
Just speaking from my personal experience.
My friend had a 250x for many years and traded it in for a warrior, at the same time his dad bought a 300ex. The difference was clear.

I would say the Warrior cause I like its power and plus it is very versitle it can go anywhere you want to take and have to power to get out of trouble plus it can get into reverse a lot easier than the 300EX

where are you rideing (woods, fields, tight) and are you rideing with any one els if your what quad do they have? They are both very very nice quads and you need to pick it is all your choice. try rideing both of them and see what you want. I rode both of them of them and I dont know what I would pick If I had my 250R I would pick the warrior if it was my only quad I dont know.
