does anyone know where to find the serial number on a yamaha warrior? does anybody know how to see what year it is from the serial number? thanks

i think mine is on the frame on the left side under the clutchor on the right side below the brake.

 

my tenth diget is "N"? what years that?

 

Should be a 1989.

N = 1989
O = 1990
P = 1991

 

wow, i was told it was a 93. the serial # is JY430DA02NA08103. does that help? i really hope its not an 89.

 

anyone? does that change anything? where i put an 8 i dont know what it is, it sort of look like a 8 but more of a square, is it supposed to be a square or is it worn off?

 

those dont really matter, if the number were right then it would mean your is the 8103'rd warrior made that year..

possibly they changed the frame? do you have title?

mine is an R, and its titled as a 94 soo... I dunno. they are all the same anyhow
