i went over to a track in a town about 30 miles from here and it was supposed to be a bigger turn out than it was.(i guess) they all said fri. night is the bigger races. today seemed to be just one big party. still there was the quads i listed (all stock) basically playing around. i would have brought mine but with the bearing going bad i didn't want to cut it off and it not restart on time. i wish i would have but i thought it was going to be all "official" and everything. there wasn't even a tree. the cannibal was the big runner today. it is faster stock for stock than the raptor that was there everytime. then the banshee then 400ex. but the guy on the raptor was probably 6'4" 275+/-. SO i asked the guy to try out his raptor and race the cannibal. i beat him a few times but i could still tell the cannibal was quicker. only a little though. this was a good running raptor. i've ridden some that wasn't what i thought they should be. maybe all are somewhat different, in stock form i mean. the guy on the cannibal KEPT saying he wanted to race my quad. I CAN'T WAIT. (i just hope it will start...hehe)

I know which guy you are talking about. He bought that Cannibal from us about three weeks ago. I heard he was spanking tale up there in Kilmichael.

Oh...They have Kilgore Hills opened up again, but the large sandpit is closed for good. You can only ride the trails now. Holler at me and we'll go riding again.

If I have the time I will stop by at Kilmichael next Sunday and check it out. You going next weekned??

man, i left out a g in "dragged". anyway, you are correct, it was kilmichael. we'll be there next weekend again, hopefully. a guy named jimmy cashaw was the banshee that beat him. but from what everyone was saying jimmy got beat more. jimmy and myself have dragged several times. he always won but not after my work was done. i'm hoping this remapping and pipe isn't too serious. should i be worried? haha. how's you're canondale running? glad to hear you got something else. can you private message a quote on fixing that one-way starter bearing of mine. if you're not at liberty i understand. may be worth the drive. later.

I took that 250X that I had at the sandpit that day to a harescramble a couple months ago and got third place on that thing. It's a dead engine start race and I was the only guy with kick start there. I was lined up next to a couple of Raptors and 400EXs and still managed to get to the woods faster than all but one Raptor. Yeah.I know it was luck.LOL!!!
I put alot of mods on it including a set of WP front shocks but had to move up to something else with electric start for the harescrambles so the Cannondale seemed like a logical choice.

The Cannondale is a racequad that I can only use at Harescramble events. I don't think I would have any luck in convincing the "BigBossMan" to let me take it to a dragrace.LOL!! But I plan to be there still the same to observe.
