i just changed the oil in my 01 warrior and it made a great improvement. seeing as how i bought it used i don't think the oil was ever changed after it was broken in. because of this do you think it would have a major effect on the life of my quad?
Thanks!!

possibly, if your quad was not brokein right then it may shorten the life of your motor, but can you be sure if it was not putted-around on or if it was stomped in the ground every day, thoughs factors whould really be the only way to know for sure...BUT on a better note, you have a warrior which are pretty much bullet-proof, so i would not worry to much but thats my opinion

I'd change the oil a couple of more times at least in the next few hours of riding & make sure it's compleatly warmed up when you change it. If the oil has never been changed before you can bet there is sludge & other crap in your engine that needs to be flushed out. A few extra oil changes is cheap insurance.
