I have been fishing for the perfect atv for me for a long time. between warriors, foremans, and 400ex's, i found the grizzly is perfect for me. I want a grizzly now..

I have some questions.

Is maintaince easy?
What do I do for maintaince?
Is the suspention OK?
Whats the top speed?

And whats driving me crazy.... How do you put it from 2wd/4wd/4wd lock???!!!

On the shift lever does it go..

???

Are theyre any quads I should look at before buying a grizzly? As soon as i saw the independant suspention, let alone the 660cc's, the big ground clearance, the auto, the 2wd/4wd/4wd lock i have another question. HOW COME PEOPLE ARE BUYING RUBICONS AND NOT GRIZZLYS!?!?

How long does it take for the belt to wear out?
AND HOW FAST DOES IT GO? I was hearing 65mph

65-70
maintaince is easy
instructions in the owners manual
suspension great

to switch drive you push a button, than to lock you push another button. easy and perfect set-up.

you have to decide what kind of quad you want. if you want sposty feel over everything get the kawi 650. if you want a little less sporty feel but IRS go with the grizz. if you wnat a quad that will be in the shop for half it's life and breakdown on the trail, get the sp700. lol

Thanks, im getting a 2002 grizz...

65mph-70mph is FAST!!! But does it have aceleration to get there? Is it like a snowmobile engine? (the auto) is it just push and go?

Where are the 2wd/4wd/ lock buttons located?

Wouldn't it be easier for you to go down to a dealer and see one.
They are also capable of answering any questions you may have.
Or pick up an ATV mag and start reading.

the shifter goes from P at the bottom, then R N H L

the push button works like this... you push the first button to put it in 4x4, then you move the cover from the lock button over, and push the button for 4x4 lock. That easy

I believe the belt drive is alot like the snowmobile kind.. I have never driven a snowmobile, so I can't be for sure.. you push the trottle, the bike GOES AND GOES AND GOES.. you don't feel the gears "change" or anything like that

I got some up close pics of my new Grizz on my page in my sig

there really isn't any other way to explain it. I suggest you get a brochure from your yamaha dealer and look at one before you go.
