Hey,

I am trying to find out some info for my friend. He has a 2002 Warrior and while we were trail riding the two light bulbs in the headlights came out. We can't figure out how to get the cover off to put the bulbs back in the socket. Is there a certain way the cover comes off or am I just not seeing the screw? Thanks.

Lets see if i remember coorectly. The back cover should come off exposing the back of the light...the light bulb is covered with a rubber boot which you can pull back...the light bulb fixture just pushes in and twist to lock into place.

while your add it. i would recommend covering the connections and light bulb contacts with electrical grease. then run a bead of silly-con (silicon) along the seam of the outer covers...this will eliminate that god awful rattling noise your friend is experiencing while the warrior is running.

hope i helped..

Yes, you did help and thanks for the extra information. Wasn't as hard as I had thought.
