I have been adding air to one of my front tires every 2 days or so, did not have a tank to put it so I tried the gas leak trick, spray with soapy water, I found 13 holes in my tire, I am guessing cactus spines, small sticks, scorpion stings, rattlesnake bites, c-dales I run over ;-), who knows but that must be a record of some kind, 2 were the most I had ever found in the past

Whoa, thats quite a lot of holes. Yeah the same is happening to me, every 2-3 days my tires get really low on air if I don't ride at all in several days. But when I do ride mostly every day, it usualy takes around 5-7 days to go flat. It's very wierd, I'd be thinking Vise-Versa, lol.

Well i'm gonna end up buying new front tires pretty soon cause of leaks and because I have about 1mm thick of tread left, (the Traction SUX on my tires). See ya.

Slime.

i'm guessing i have several. but i don't loose air. i usually hear the punture. can't tell until i go to wash the quad later. lime green squirt on the fender tells me Slime saved my **** again.

expensive? absolutely.
damage rims? nope
have i ever been left stranded with a flat? nope

i run it in the trailor tires, my suv tires, pick up tires, mazda 626 tires and of course the warrior(trail machine).i've never had a flat in 5 years.

i do not run slime in my raptors tires though. i use it for MX and although i'm told it will not effect performance i'm not chancing it while jumping. i've had two flats with my Raptor since i've owned it.

i had the same problem on my old polaris. every 2 days or so the tire would go flat. i knew that the tire was not leaking because i did the soapy water thing. i soon found that it was the valve stem. it had crap clogged in it so i took it off cleaned it and no more flat tires.

as for that slime, good stuff i had it in my warrior when i bought it used and it saved my a$$ a few times!!

I as well use it in my truck tires. The only problem I could see in my Raptor would be the weight. I once heard that three pounds of centrifical weight was equal to one HP. This was on a motor cycle and I don't know how they got the numbers but it makes sense. Not to mention that that would also be unsprung weight.
