I have come here in peace and have a question for anyone who knows about the Yamaha "BearTracker" 250

I picked up an ATV action Magazine and was reading the Ozark, Recon, BearTracker shootout. In the magazine it showed a pictured of the front brakes on the BearTracker and It was what looked like a caliper for a Hydrolic disc break......I was thinking OK this doesn't make scence cause in the MAG. it was printed that the BearTracker had mechanicla drum.....the picture was clearly of disc brakes.....NOW my question is does the BearTracker have Hydrolic discs like I think.......or did they print the wrong picture.

I saw that yesterday myself. As usual, they are probally reprinting a test from 3 years ago.LOL

The Beartracker does have hydraulic discs. The magazine guys can't even get it right when they have a picture sitting right in front of them.

 

I saw ALOT of stuff like that in all there magaiznes...they need to pay more attention and stop giving out false information.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

 

In the last Atv Action there was an article on an "army" Big Bear that at one point was called a Kodiak. Thats pretty bad for professionals.

 

Yup that was the same as the mechanical drum BearTracker.
