Trinity web site, what do you think ?

Raptor 720..
Your math is still flawed. You make more assumptions than anyone I've ever dealt with. Where do I say that I ride every weekend?
Do you not have winters where you live and that you don't ride? Hocking is closed Dec 12/15 to 4/15 every year, so 9 months now equals 5. (We actually have winters in ohio where we do other things) Ride about every third weekend, so now you have a total of 7 weekends (give or take) that the bike was actually used. 7 weekends, 2 days each, times 7 hours per day, you get 98 hours on the motor. That's 17% of your 576 assumed hours.
Another assumption, that I bought the bike new and in one piece. Which I didn't, it was used, hence why I replaced the crank right after I bought it. I'm not some cheap *** **** that just slaps sh** together. The crank had bearing issues, so I replaced it with a new wiseco crank while doing an engine upgrade. We went through the entire motor so we wouldn't have issues.
As far as going back and looking for other dissatisfied customers, I am simply showing you that I'm not the only one. You obviously have your head so far up harrys *** you can't see that *many* people have had a problem with his service.
After 3 people spent $1400 (each) on trinity product, with 3 people having the same issue with trinity pistons, do you not think Harry should have at least looked at the problem, even if it was our fault? I still think, and always will think that the pistons had issues, and we got the run around. If there wasn’t a problem with Trinity pistons why would Trinity have over sized pistons out of stock and have back orders for 5 to 8 weeks. 420 + .20 +.40 and +.60 were all out of stock for weeks. But hey, no problem with the original 420 pistons, right?
I still think, and I always will think Trinity customer service sucks. His attitude of wanting nothing to do with the problem and to call wiseco was completely unacceptable. I spent my hard earned dollars on a product, and he wouldn't even take the time to tell us if there was a problem. Just "call wiseco" (hey, at least he gave us Toms name and number ~*roll'n eyes*~) Either that or we could “get in line” for replacements, and he’d be happy to take another $250 apiece once he got the product we needed.
As far as giving harry the names, hey, if harry really wants to relive this problem, I'll be happy to give him names and numbers of the people that have had problems with the banshee pistons, but I don't expect harry to do anything, he didn’t last year, he didn't the first 10 times we called, he might now that we are showing just how lousy his customer service really is, but I doubt he will, he's too conceited.
So if Harry wants to step up and try to correct this issue, he can PM me and I will provide all the information he needs.
My question is why are you defending him? Where is he? I’ve bashed him on this issue for 15 months now and he hasn’t said a word...

BansheeBrad,
Initially, I though about sending you a Private Message asking you in detail about the "problems" you have mentioned; however, this is one issue I would like to resolve in the public arena. As it stands, I cannot recall you, your friends, or the problems that you keep mentioning. Please provide your real name, the name of the 3 or 4 friends that you claim had the same engine failure. I will also need the date each of you had your work done at my Company. In all fairness, I will review the files and post my findings for all to read.
Please understand that I we work very hard attempting to provide great customer service. Unfortunately, in your case, and on other rare occasions, it appears that customer service may not have lived up to your expectations. For that I will apologize.
If my decision was to not warranty your piston I am absolutely sure it was a very well thought out decision. Please realize that not all of the decisions that I am forced to make each and every day will make everyone happy. I look over each warranty issue with a concerning eye and try to make a justified decision. Reviewing your comments concerning what you believe to be a problem with my work, I believe that my warranty decision would still be the same. Please consider that if in fact the piston was manufactured incorrectly, it would have lasted maybe 10 to 20 hrs at most. A banshee turns over 10,000 rpm and most people drive them in the 5,000 to 7,000 range during regular riding conditions. I find it very hard to believe that a defective piston (as you describe) would last anywhere near the number of hours you may have run your engine.
Trinity Racing sells well over 1200 Banshee Superlite Piston kits each year. I can count on one hand the number of failures that you have described -- and that is over many years! Again, most if not all of these failures occurred in the first 5 to 10 hours of operation NOT 100, 200, 300 or even 500 hours of running. Your claim that three or now four of (your friends) had the same problem at the same time is absurd.
In closing, I ask for your name, the names of your friends and the date of the work.

Harry,
The site looks great and is full of promise. One improvement I would definitely like to see are some before and after numbers. Actually, even better than numbers would be dyno graphs. That could be a really useful tool to any potential customer. I know when I was building my Mustang motor I asked Anderson Ford Motorsport to add a dyno graph to their webpage that shows the differences and characteristics of power output from one cam to the next. luckily they did and it made selecting my cam a lot easier. This helps a lot especially when detrmining shift points and knowing where you will gain and lose hp and torque. Thanks for your time.

Thats gotta be one of the best sites around now, 100 times better than it used to be!
I would love to see quality sound clips of some bikes using your stage IV pipes, like TRexxRaptor suggested. And definatly a big photo album, with pictures that fit as wall paper.

Wow Brad, I just recieved my 686 from Harry and he is going to be in the area,(about 3 hrs.away) and we are going to hook up for some fine tuning. Is that service or what?!
Not to poke but I am in business also and I don't please everyone either. I guess my question would be, what would it really take to please you? I think the offer Harry gave to send your and your buddies names in is at least a start. I just wonder if after you get satisfied will you come back and apoligize. I was also wondering, are you posting trash like this about wiseco. It seems to me that their service isn't any better in that you didn't even get a response from them.
You know, I don't know one motor builder from the other but I do know that posting trash like this isn't good for anyone.
I want you to look up a Bible verse, It's luke 6:37 and while your at it look up Romans 5:29. Not to say Harry did everything right but it seems to me that He's willing to look at the situation again.
