Ok,banshee owners when you pre mix your fuel does your shee like the oil mixed better shaken or stirred? And what are "sparkies" those things that are at the end of shee silencers? What ratio do yall run in yalls banshees? Has the banshee changed in the years between 87-02? Because I wanted to know If I should get a specific manual for that year or any year manual would be fine.

Thanks

The key word here is "Mixed". Shaken or stirred doesn't matter as long as its thoughly mixed. Sparkies? are we talking about stock exhaust? My guess would be your referring to Spark Arrestors. If so they are designed to do just that arrest sparks so you don't start a brush fire. Ratios differ depending on the type of oil you run. 32:1 usually for non-synthetics and 40:1 sometimes 50:1 for full synthetics. I run a full Synthetic (Golden Spectro) @ 50:1 in my Banshee. You'll probabaly get a million posts suggesting different oils and ratios. Try to pick a top brand that's carried by 3-4 shops in your city as well as shops near your riding area's. That way if you run out you have plenty of options to get more, even if 1 or 2 of the places is out or closed. Changes with the Banshee over it's 15 years have been pretty minor. The biggest change woluld probably be when J-arms were replaced with A-arms in 1990. So, just pick up a 1990 & newer manual and you should be fine.
