It is a very reliable machine. Its the perfect blend of sport and utility. I havent heard too many complaints on here.

Mine has held up from rough riding just fine. Handles very well, and the suspension and light wieght help out greatly. The top speed in stock form is 58mph and the perforance of the engine is fairly good, great when compared to other 4x4s, and it's rock solid so far as far as reliability is concerned. Id say go for it and get one, there are also alot of aftermarket part availible that make it alot faster.

It has the same engine as a Warrior right? I can attest to the durability of that engine! You'll probably *NEVER* be able to break it.

Great quad. I stay right with my buddy on his 300ex and go in the
mud with the Polaris Sportsman. You will like it.
I just saw one on e-bay that would give you a good idea of all the parts you can add.

great bike! trouble free!

only thing I don't like about it, 1st gear isn't low enough.. when you get in HEAVY mud, it bogs

Mine is for sale if you want it

I would have to disagree about first gear, I always skip it because it is too low.

It probably depends on what tires you have, also.

Go for it. I don't know about the US, but in Canada you can get a great deal on brand new 2001's.
