Rev limiter on Shee?
#5
2 stroke, the only thing from limiting the revs is air flow (and piston speed). In and out (or up and down). The reed valves work totally different than on valves on a 4 stroke. As the piston goes up it draws air into the crankcase opening up the reed valves. As the piston goes down it is creating pressure in the crankcase forcing the reed valves closed and pushing the air in to the combustion chamber. So like smitty911 said your stock machine will not have enough HP to pull max rpm's in 6th gear. Hope this helps.

Thrust, your confised I think. A rev limiter has nothing to do with valves, all it is a "something(I hate elcetronic stuff)" in the CDI unit that stops an engine from revving past XXXX RPM. And it doesn't just apply to 6th gear!
