ok, this one has got me stumped.

I turn the key on, all the lights come on...i turn the engine on switch on, push the ignition button....nothing.

If i run a jumper straight from the battery to the starter, it will start up and run.

I've tested the ignition button and engine on switch, and they work fine. I've tested all the relays, they work fine too. The fuse is fine, i even changed fuses just to be sure.

The only thing i can think of is a burnt out wire....how the hell would i find that? or the cdi. but if the cdi was bad...would it start and run?

anyone got any ideas?

Mine is doing the same thing right now..

I still havent fixed it yet, I can jiggle the reverse lever and get it to go so I would check that also (probably some safety thing). I havent had time really check into mine too much

Mine is having other electrical problems combined with that though. it will run fine once I get it srarted but dies immediately when reverse is selected.

well it sounds like you're having a problem with your lever switch, theres a little electrical connector on the reverse switch there, i'd take it loose and inspect it.

But i've already done that on my warrior....still nothing.
