Valve settings on a raptor?

i need to adjust my valves and was wondering if anyone has the manual and what valve gaps does it recommend?

Intake = .0039 - .0059" (.10 - .15mm)

Exhaust = .0059 - .0079" (.15 - .20mm)

Rob, somwhere on this site is a thread that has a web page detailing how to adjust the valves for the Raptor. A search may find it.

You may be talking about mine wshrdskin. I have scanned copies of the service procedure along with actual digital photos of doing the work. Good Luck!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

Just click on the "photos" and look for "Valve Adjustment"

Great pics Greg. It may have been yours. I came accross the other one when i did a search first. I don't see the manual on your pic site though. You guys that have pics of the procedure do a great service to those in need. It is appreciated.

They are on there now. Thanks.

I have one of those HP Pocket PC's and it's just loaded with stuff. Complete parts listings, project photos, instruction pages, contact numbers.....you name it. I thought I had transfered those pages out to my photos site, but I guess not. If all goes well here in the next month or so I should have a MAJOR offering to my photo instructional library. Top secret for now though, so please don't ask. I will make a posting when everything is set.
