New 2003 Grizzly 660

I hear they are giving it bigger more aggresive tires and tunning it to give more bottom end power to compensate for the hp loss from the bigger heavier tires. I also hear they are making a solid axle version of the Grizzly with a manual transmission.

I think most of that is hope and dreams from other people. unless you work for yamaha research and development, you woun't know untill they almost come out. i don't think they will change anything major, as far as the tires, i don't think even that will happen. yamaha is known for there sucky stock tires, most quads are the same way. the only ones that are not bad are the tires on the upper class polaris'. but i would rather pay $6500 for a grizz rather that $7500 for a sp700. just my opinion.

I'll be using mine for hunting in the salt marsh here in Texas so more power is better! I give a rats a$$ about top end speed. Bigger tires work too, even though I already have Vamps...
Hmm.. manual? I got a buddy who just bought a BB who won't like if it turns out to be true.
