I have a 1998 blaster and was planning on putting a pipe on it. I have narrowed it down to the Toomey kit, Trinity, and Paul Turner. I would like to hear from people who have ridden a blaster with one of these pipes. I'd like to give my blaster a little more power, but don't want to spend a lot of money because I am planning on trading for a banshee next year. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, I guess no one has a blaster with one of these pipes. Anyone have a Procircuit or FMF SST? How do they run? Any other suggestions?

Hey Blazer316 how did it improve acceleration? That is the main thing I am looking for. I have thought about the fmf sst, but the main thing that has made me look else where is the price. Another thing is I like to be different thats why I was looking at the toomey, trinity, and paul turner.

yea it accelerates alot better! I know what you mean about being different. I was wanting one of those pipes originally, but i got mine through legacy atv and it only took like 3or4 days, plus they knocked some money off of it! I figured since alot of people are running fattys and someone i know has a narly pipe on their kdx that i was being somewhat different. When u hit the midrange and up it revs better too. I have had to be somewhat easy on it for the past couple of days though because i have new rings in it and also i need new tires so it will be even better when i get some new tires. Every gear pulls alot better.

When I had my 94 Blaster I had the FMF Fatty pipe and the Power Core 2 Silencer and Boyesen Pro Series reeds and Reed Spacer and a K&N Air Filter and it was ported and Board out 20 Over and it was Faster on acceleration and it was faster on Mid-Rage and top end then My dads 96 Warrior.

i got a DG pipe and silencer and its great. they sound great and give you a good boost. But if I could choose over again i would go with toomey and after that either Hetrick or DMC

I would rec. the FMF FATTY with a set of DELTA FORCE REEDS and a 34 mm pj kehien carb. remove the oil pump and pre-mix your fuel yourself.Lyle
