Call Cycle Design in Phillipston, MA and ask who they recommend for insurance. I know they have the info there for a carrier that will insure you in MA, just can't remember who it was right now.

Have any of you with insurance every had to make a claim? How well did your co.s deal with you? What does it cover, any kind of accident? I have thought about it a little but never checked into it.

I called cycle design in phillipston, Mass. They gave me the number to "Program Managers Inc." 1-800-473-0111. Here is the deal though, there is NO ONE in Mass who insures ATV's, the aforementioned company is building a list of people who are interested so that when it becomes available sometime this year they will let you know. Please call id you are form Mass and get on the list; maybe they move their butts a lil quicker with a longer list.

ALl I know is I ride ALL the time in the summer and not as much in the winter so insurance now not later would be nice.

That's who it was... I guess things have changed in the past two years. I had gotten back into the sports after ten years and bought a Warrior at Cycle Design. They gave me a brochure for insurance (Program Managers sounds really familiar) and I ended up with insurance through them on the Warrior for, I think, about $180. I only carried it for the first year and didn't renew, but am now thinking about insurance for the DS. I will have to back through all my paperwork to find out more now, if I find anything I'll post it later tonight. Where in MA are you and where do you ride ?

I am in Tewksbury, which is next to Lowell and Billerica (home of Tom Glavine). There are many Sand & Gravel companies in the area but none are really legal to ride in. So I ride (legally)in Southern New Hampshire in the Londonderry/Windham/Rockingham areas. Tewksbury is about 25 minutes North of Boston and the N.H. riding areas are 20 minutes North of Tewksbury.

Where are you located and where do you ride? It would be nice to checkout some other areas.

I live in Southbridge and we ride in Ware, Palmer, Southbridge, Putnam CT, and recently started to look at the state forests. I hear you on the legal / illegal issue. We've been riding the trails in Ware and Palmer since I was a kid and no one hassles you, especially if you're registered. Was considering registering as non-resident and checking out some of those NH trails. I'd invite you down, but don't know if what we've got to offer you is worth the drive from Tewksbury.
