A blaster worth riding
#1
Way to go Yamaha, finally some much needed improvements to the Blaster. I had a 98 but they all looked the same. I would think of buying another one now. Disk brakes are a big plus and that front end is really nice.

well it does look alot better, and the new brakes a plus, if they made tha blaster a 250-300cc and beefed up the price a bit, maybe 3500-4200, theyd make a killing i think cant wait to see one with the new plastic shaved, should look good, practicly the only thing i dont like about it now (looks wise) is how the frame sticks out in front..o well....
also the new limited edition black w/ blue flame raptor and yellow flame on black plastic banshee, look VERY kewl i thought when i saw someone say theyrd be flames, i figured theyd make the over-dramatized flames usually seen, these fames a suttle and cool

All they would have to do is put a YZ250F motor in it, a better rear shock and they would have a baby Raptor. Once you get those stock rear tires off the Blaster is a great trail machine. I did not buy my Raptor for the power. I bought it for the suspension.

Not that its that ugly its just new. Itll take some getting used to just like when Ford changed in 97 I sure thought that was an ugly A$$ truck, but I have learned to like them. Any way guess I dont need to hang on to this extra warrior brake setup now.
