Cant get the A-Arms off!!!! Help Please

Ok I have the A-Arms off of the Machine but I can free the arms fromthe spindles any tips?

Go to the local auto supply store and get a ball joint seperator. I think thats what is still connected right. They are almost impossible to get apart without it.

If the new a-arms have their own ball joints, then all you need to do is to remove the oem ball joints from the spindles. I pounded mine out with a 5 lb sledge and a 1/2" x 8" steel rod. It took more than one whack.

you can use a pickle fork there ment for tie rods on cars but they work nicely on ball joints

I need to salvage the stuff, They are getting painted so i dont want to damage them. Ill check tomarrow for the seperator. Thanks

I got them off thanks for the info guys . Im getting my shee painted not sure on colors but im thinking just a yamaha blue frame and black a arms and swingarm..
