I installed the cheapest I could find. By cheap, I mean inexpensive. They are made by Emgo and found them at a motorcycle shop. They are not designed for any particular bike, but fit many. They turned out to be much better than some more expensive brands I have used in the past.

They are an aluminum hand guard with a molded on plastic shield. The brackets allowed easy installation, other than having to trim back the ***** on the brakes levers.

Very happy with the fit, quality and protection provided. They also come in a bunch of colours.

O ya, I paid $49.00 CDN, so I would imagine that you would pay $32-$35 USD, maybe less??

If you want the ones with aluminum bars they are generally more expensive. Around $100. If you want some cheaper ones, check the yamaha catalog with your local dealer. Maier makes some. Both of these have no aluminum guards though. Acerbis and Cycra are both making kits for quads. I'm personaly going to buy the Cycra ones. Good fit and good quality.
