Don't know, how old are you phoneguy? Binford, rocky? I'm 40. This girl was quite capable of handling this quad. Her brother who was around the same age as her give or take a year was on a piped and ported Banshee dragging right along side of her. My sons ages 11 and 12 ride my Raptor, my friends Banshee, my brothers DS. They handle them quite well. What are ya afraid of? Don't be haters because some kids in this world can ride better than you. And Rocky, where do you get off trying to say I'm not smart? Binford, you're the ignorant one. You've shown it in more than just this post. I let my kids ride because they've been riding for 5 years. They started on a LT80 and a Badger. Both of which we still have and they are bored stiff with them. Rocky, better rebuild that Polaris cause I don't think you can handle your DS. See look what you started. This was a post about a 686 Raptor, That just happened to have a very capable rider aboard, that just happened to be a young girl. Deal with it.

My bad foneguy. Didn't mean to include you in the retort to the others. (I wasn't in my mind) Was refering to you as not being the only older guy on this thread. It did suck until I was informed of the 686. I must get me one of those.

dude dont hate on the dude, if she was racing, their no problem with that, im SURE she has been riding quads/dirtbikes for a few years now, their is NOTHING wrong with that, i read on www.sportquad.com that a 13 or 12 year old dude and his father were racing long desert races on a 686 raptor, and im POSITIVE, that the parents thoroughly tested, quized etc etc etc the kids before letting them race, let alone drive these quads (lol)

and im sure the girl and other young riders will grow up and probably race

NOW, if the parents forced their kid to race quads, that would definetly be wrong, but if the kid was bored with their former quads and bugged the parent to let em ride the big boy(and girl) toys, and the parents thought the kid was fully cabable then thats fine, and also im sure that the parents made the kids stay in like 1-3rd gear to get used to the power , its not like they let them goto the dunes for tha first time and let em gfet on the raptor for a first time and drag, lol

hell, u dont see people spazzing out on parents for letting their 13-15 year old kids RACE MX dirt bikes, which are faster then quads, do you? no

Its not worth it people. There are still a few out there that believe anyone younger than 16 should ride an 80. That obsolete law, that realy isn't inforced anyway should be adjusted. It is what it is. Its a 686 and a young rider kicking butt.

Besides California parents don't mind thinning the gene pool. Its "like" the thing to do "you know". LMAO
