Probably none. But its better than everyother quad out there at somthing. Thus making it the best quad to do everything with. Its just not the best quad in any one catagory. Except maybe Dunes, Trails, Desert riding. But thats just my opinion. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

I have been doing that already[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] I have been pushing my buddy to buying the z400. I know I can out ride him, so the handling isnt a big deal. This way I will have a little power advantage[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

This may sound like a dumb qusetion[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img], but can you adjust timing on a raptor? (I am a street bike guy)what are all the cheap mods that work the best?

The best, and cheapest thing to do w/ any stock quad is to LET IT BREATHE! All stockers are so friggin choked up it isn't even funny. Raptor's and all quads have a limiter. I think the Raptors limit is 9300 RPM's or something like that.

 

Im not talking about a rev limiter. I mean a speed limiter. let it breathe? you mean a different airbox? any recomendations?

Sparks racing has a flywheel key that will give you 6points of timing advance....check it out..it's only $15
