Is there any way to get the Limited Banshee before August?

My buddy just ordered the '03 Limited Edition Banshee...The pics look pretty nice...look forward to seeing it in person. Not sure if the black frame and front end are going to look good or not, but it's his money so I don't care.
Anyway, the dealer says "no go" until August at the earliest. I read a couple of other posts on here saying that some people were expecting their '03's soon. Is it just because of the "Limited Edition"? Gee, must be special plastic if it takes 3 months longer to make...hehe.
Thanks.

Man, I just don't get it....The only difference is the plastic.
Yes, the black and red is really sharp too.
Do they have some sort of $700 accessory deal going on too? My friend said if he bought one of the other quads they give the deal, but the dealer said not on the limited edition (doesn't make sense). Anyway I told him to just go ahead and get a regular Banshee and with part of that $700 he saved he could buy the limited edition plastic and stickers then take the stock plastic and sell it to me. He didn't go for that.
Good luck with your black and red beast.
