HI Guys

A friend has a 2000 warrior that has been giving a lot of trouble. It first started with the bike battling to start, and now just doesn't. After checking fuel lines, carbs etc, we noticed the spark is very faint. We replaced the plug And it seems fine for a while, now even with new plugs, NO GO . Any Ideas, coils, electrical wires etc . The stator "looks" fine.

Thanks in advance

If the spark is weak, a coil may help, see if you can find a buddy with a Warrior to swap off of,just takes a few minutes to hook it up,saves buying all those expensive parts, keep swapping until something makes a difference. You said the stator "looks" fine, a visual check will not show an open wire, also, the gap to the firing coil needs to be pretty exact,I had a bad miss in my Wolverine (same engine),it turned out to be the stator gap to the firing coil was too wide,if yours is off more,or somegthing moved, your spark would be very weak.

Looks like it was the pickup coil, had it rewired ...
