I used a Warrior manual when I rebuilt the motor on my Wolverine(same motor). The specs were intake: .0024-.0039 in. or .06-.1 mm , exhaust: .0063-.0079 in. or .16 -.20 mm. This is on a cold motor (do it in the morning, let it run, cool for a couple of hours, and recheck,if you have the time) I do it like that because the fenders on a Wolverine are a pain to take off to get at the valves, yours aren't quite so bad.

thanks for the info. Is the intake the front or the rear valve?

intake is rear - closest to the carb.
