14,
When you read something anywhere on the web and you want to save it to your computer you can do this:
Start at the beggining word you want to copy and hold the left mouse button down and run accross the page to the right, then down to the bottom of the text you want to save. The text will become highlighted in a blue background.
Let go of the mouse button. The text will remain highlighted, if not do it again.
Push and let go of the right mouse button and a menu will appear, choose copy. This copys your highlighted text to your computers memory.
Then open up a text editor. notepad, Microsoft word, etc. Start a new project. Click into the blank page of your new project and then push the right mouse button and let go. The menu appears only this time you choose paste. The previously copied text appears in your new project.
On the programs menu at the top of the screen choose file. Then click on save, give the file a name and tell it a location on your hard drive and click save.
When you have found more information you want to save, reopen the program you used, word, notepad etc and re open the file you created and repeat this process.
If you already knew of all this, then, this is what I was talking about. If not, its easier than it sounds and can save a chance at lost information in the future. I'd guess your PM's are history.
