Bigdaddy, that's strange that he wants the 03 tires & wheels. But since you have Razrs & douglass wheels it shouldn't be a concern.
What's the deal, are your tires worn out & wheels all dented up?
You could probably get a set of used tires & wheels for $200 or so on ebay so I guess that's what there worth.

my stock tires have 15 plugs in them, some are sidewall puctures. most of the riding areas around here is rocky terrain. it's to bad because they is still a lot of tread left. front wheels are almost square...
