<< I am glad that i must be the only one with this problem. >>

No your not the only one who has experienced these problems. The "tuned" Raptor spent atleast 20hrs on the dyno before it was tuned in properly using all different kinds of variations. It takes time to tame a beast. Trust me it will be worth it when it's all said and done. I'll ring you this weekend and we'll go over a few things.

vilnrk -"the stock needles don't have any identifying letters or numbers stamped in them."

check closer, both my 01 and 02 had codes stamped on the needles, R6 comes to memory but don't quote me............

I cross checked when I swapped my DJ jet kit from my 01 to the 02 (I swapped the stock 02 slides into the 01 carb bodies and wanted to make sure everything was the same before doing it. I just wish now I wrote down the jet needle and needle jet(tubes in the carb body) codes. The needle jet (tubes in the carb bodies) are very different 01 to 02.

Sounds like I better dial 1-800-collect J/K (We'll need some extra time to talk bad about the DSs. LOL!)

I'll call you guys Sunday so I'll have no interruptions.

jraptor- different dynos, different numbers. I will be happy with.............. Don't get me started with dyno's and pipes that give you 15 hp cause we have not seen it here with 20 plus quads dynoed.
