Hey guys. I just got a check in the mail from Yamaha for $30. It came with no explanation and didn't even come in an envelope. No where on the check does it say it is for a promotion. Anybody have any idea what the check is for? Thanks!

Just go out and spent on it before they change their mind.....

Did you just recently pay it off ? If you paid it off early then you might have over paid $30 because they have the intrest figured out for the life of the loan.

 

I didn't finance, not sure why I got the check. It was exactly for $30.

 

Don't cash it until you read the fine print closely.
There's no telling what you may be aggreing to by cashing it.

 

THEMOOSE: I know, I thought it was for some type of agreement and almost threw it away. But there is absolutely no fine print that says anything other than the check will expire in 60 days if not cashed. I guess I will try and call Yamaha to see what this is. I figured somebody else on this forum would have also received one.

 

Maybe Yamaha is sending 30.00 to everyone that bought the 2001 Raptor to make up for the transmission!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ZRwhat- me and rrc both got checks for 100 on saturday. No explanation given. These checks were not computer generated , looks like real signature. Must of figured Texans needed more money.
