I was just on the Ehlert Powersports Network website and in their late breaking news section it states that Yamaha has told them that they do have A new sports quad, and are currently testing it against the Honda 400EX & DS 650 & Banshee. They say they will have more info about it in April.Sounds interesting!

The new Kodiak was a step in the right direction.

Do you think that this new quad will employ the motorcycle 5 valve technology?

Now if they could only reduce the gargantuan size of the Grizzly and finish its polishing....

I'd still like to see a 250 two stroker to give the 250R some competition.

Hey! Leave the Grizzly's size alone, but finish it better for sure.

Nah its got to be a four stroke. they have a pattern in quads.(arragened in price)

Blaster-2 stroke
Warrior-4 stroke
Banshee-2 stroke

Its got to be a four stroke. If it ain't that then i'll nearly lose my faith in Yamaha but im happy with my Warrior.

I was just gonna post a topic about this. I just went to their website before this one,and did indeed read that about the new Yamaha. It's gotta be their YZ400/426 powered quad that has been in the works forever. It was supposed to be out last year, but they couldn't get the bugs out of it, but I bet they did now!
