Hi, I am getting a new bike soon and I saw Chicago cycles add, They have very good prices! So whats the catch?
I live in Michigan and if I buy from them do I have to pay a
huge tax when I get it titled? what am I missing?

a buddy of mine knows a couple of people that work there.call and talk to jerry the king he will give you prices that aren't on the internet.and beleive me the prices are great. he quoted me on a cbr 954 and it was a 100 dollars over invoice. you will just have to pay your normal sales tax in your state for the price you pay.when i called and talked to jerry he said that is how he gets people from all over the country.also i asked him how many of the cbr 954s he had in stock and he said 60 of them.so that tells you he orders bulk.so he is probably getting bulk prices from distributors.all in all he backs up what he tells you over the phone they are a great place to buy from.

 

They do have some pretty good rates, but let me tell you what they told me.

I called about 4 monthes ago to get a brand new 02 400ex and there add said 4695.00 and their final price was 5108.00 or roughly 500 worth of taxes but at the time that was still the best deal.
