I need to replace my chain rollers on my Raptor with some good bearinged aftermarket rollers. Can someone tell me which are the best ? As well as the brand and part numbers.

This is a good question. I have not seen a topic on this yet... I do not have an answer, I too am looking for one. So how about folks... which are the best for our Raptors?

I'm going with TM Design Works (541)535-1612 for $49.95 which includes all stailess steel hardware and bearings. They include a 1 year warranty too.

I looked at UPP, but they sell you the wrong size for the Raptor, 42 top and 45mm bottom which is not correct.

I originally bought the OEM replacement rollers from a "stealership" for $28.-, got them home and realized they only come with the rollers. The hardware and bearings are extra. WTF? They are going back tonight!

So I will go with the TM Design.

Ditto the TM Design setup. I put a couple on mine just before a sold it. Harder material than stock and they have two sealed bearings per roller verses one non-sealed bearing and a bushing for the stock roller. I went with the raised power lip ones and was very happy with them.
