Hate to ask but need a favor from those who have a service manual, mine is on order but I will not have it in time for the re-assembly.

I am installing the trail tech and would like to know the tourqe specs on the following nuts and botls

Front Spindle Nut
Brake Caliper Bolts
Rock Shield Bolts
HandleBar Clamp Bolts
Rotor to Hub Bolts

 

Here ya go,
Front spindle nut, (Axle nut) 70 NM(7.0m~kg 50 ft lbs)
brake caliper bolts, 28 NM (2.8m~kg 20 ft lbs)
Rock shield bolts, Sorry I didn't see one listed, I just got them snug & used blue loctite.
rotor to hub bolts, 28 NM (2.8 m~kg 20 ftlbs)use blue loctite
Handle bar bolts, 23 NM (2.3 m~kg 17 ft lbs)

 

Front spindal-50ftlbs[hub]
Brake caliper-20ftlbs
Rock shield-N/A[probably in the area of 17ftlbs]
Handle bars-17ftlbs.
Rotor to hub-20ftlbs.

The rotor to hub should torque properly as not to warp the rotor but the others I wouldn,t be so worried about. Torque till you feel comfortable.
