Hey!
The first I would do is pipe it. I'm goin to get mine piped soon, but my freakin dealer charges way too much for labor. I think $575!!! That was for DMC Alien Complete Exhaust, Boyesen Reeds, and Jetting Labor!! That is too F*****G MUCH!!! Lata!!

A filter and pipe will really wake it up,if you have the mechanical skills, install a reed block spacer and Boyeson 2 stage reeds,it will really pick up the bottom end and still let it really rev out on the top end. I have heard good things about the FMF Fatty pipe, but there are lots to choose from, and depends on what you want, low end,top end, or all around. No matter what you choose, you shouldn't be dissapointed, 2 strokes respond well to a pipe with no other mods (except rejetting for the pipe,of course).

Pipe it for sure, then k and n air filter, holes in the air box, boyseen reeds, and the 2 most important of all would be to get high performance pistons and make sure its jetted properly. If you want a good blaster and you will have a good blaster do what i just told you. The thing will go in the low 60's topping out. When i had a blaster and my friend had a blaster we both had pipes but my other friend had a pipe and the power pistons and that what set the quads apart.

Get a Toomey b-1 kit(has uni air filter),then v-force reed valve, wisco or pro x piston and vitos degree key,and that should add up to about 600$....then you should probably get some handling mods.....dont get a 240 kit with stock suspension and dimensions!!ayi yi yiZ!!

If you plan on getting all these mods on the blaster might as well not get it at all. I mean if you get a pipe, air filter, pistons, suspension, 240 kit and all that ur gona be spending a good 1000 or so plus time and effort. Might as well just go a little farther and get a more expensive quad and no modify the thing. The pipes really are just annoying on the blaster(even though worth it), i know first hand, they scream like crazy. I say go for something a little bigger that will still be better then a modified blaster when it comes down to it. If you are concerned about the money just get a 250ex or a mojave i guess but i wouldn't waste your time buying a blaster to make it faster and more powerful right off the bat.
