warrior has no spark

i was ridding my warrior and it was running fine all day then on the way back to the truck i stopped to wait for my friend and it died on me and wouldn't start again i had to pull it back with my other quad. when i get it home the thing doesn't have any spark. i put a new plug in and still no spark does anyone know whats wrong with it

Get yourself a multimeter (if you don't have one) and first check your coil. But it could also be your stator or CDI.

Something else to consider is the safety switch on the clutch perch. This has been much trouble for many over the years. You can try jumping it out of the circuit by disconnecting the two leads at the wire harness and simply connecting them together from the harness. Thus the black and yellow plugged into the black on the harness side. Something else is you may have a bad on/off relay. Previous post was correct. Get a meter and a manual and start doing the troubleshooting in chapter two and nine (clymers manual).

you should also check a ground wire that's under the hood plastic, mine fell off while riding too and I took all the plastic off just to find out that it was the problem and didn't have to take any plastic off. respond if you solve the problem[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
