kodiak in the dark

every time the bright lights are turned on we go in the dark anyone having this problem on their 2000 kodiak?

I would say you have a short in the high beam circut. This should be fairly easy to find and fix. Do they come on at all or come on then go out soon after?

most of the time they come on and then go off a little while later

could it possibly be in one of the bulbs?
