Well anyone can use the search facility on this site and see that EvilDoer only has one thread on the whole site in which he posted. This one. Doesn't look like he has responded in two weeks.

We can assume that this thread is a bunch of bull, and unecessarily had Harry jumping into the fire to rescue his reputation / work. Did he even have Harry's stuff? Did he even own a bike?

Take this as a lesson: If you have trouble with ANY manufacturer's work, call them first and give them a chance to make it right. If you screwed up, then shut up. If you can't get satisfaction, THEN bring it here. It would also be helpful if you FOLLOWED UP WITH DETAILS on its resolution.

Having Harry on this board is great for the members here, and it increases the value of this forum. But if this kind of crap keeps happening, I can't imagine him paying much attention.

Evil, if you have something to add, speak up.

If this turns out to be defamation I'd like to see someone pay the price for it. 1100+ views can be damaging to a respectable business. What took 5 minutes to write could end up having done permanent damage.

Defamation = libel = an untrue statement by one party about another to a third party. The elements for defamation are (1)a statement about a person's reputation, honesty, or integrity that is untrue; (2)publication *which is accomplished when a third person hears or reads about the defamatory statement); (3)a statement that is directed at a particular person; and (4) damages that result from the statement.

Was the deformation crack a joke that I missed?

Also, defamation is when something is untrue. It is fine to state facts, and your experience. But in this thread, the truth about Evil's problem is in question.

Especially since he hasn't responded.

i think its sad that he blast the company and then after harry offers a ton of help(more then most other companys ive seen) he doesnt respond i think hes mad because he probley got a different big bore kit and got beat by a trinity i know that i am getting a trinity pipe a 440 kit on the z400 i am getting in a few months

 

I think Harry doesn't have anything to worry about. I know that as soon as I get some cash together I'm sending my engine in to Trinity for a 686 kit.`People like Evildoer need to be banned from this forum!
