raptor reverse speed

i picked up the last issue of dirt wheels magizine yesterday and somone sent in a picture of himself riding a raptor;
he had it in reverse and was throughing sand about 6-8 foot high is that a normale reverse? if not how did he do it?

also what colors of plastic have you guys seen on raptors besides the stock colors?

The easiset way to rev it up in reverse is a rev limiter by-pass. I bought one off e-bay but you can make one your self. All the switch does is ground the factory reverse switch. I use it all the time and it works great. I can tell you the easiset way to find the wire. I did mine when i replaced my rear fenders. You can get probably any color you want. I have a black 2002 raptor and i changed my rear fenders to black. If you want more info about the reverse kit, email me at yeags30@aol.com

reverse on the 2001 is geared very high, he probably had one.

you can get any color you want now
