I just removed my AMP link from my wheeler..... That has to be the worst product I have ever bought.... From what I saw...all it did was burn bearings, cause a noisy chain, and throw the chain....

Oh well.... It cost me about $40 to buy all brand new rollers from my Yamaha Dealer.... Now the wheeler rolls quietly again...and I have not thrown a chain because of worn amp link bearings.

sorry to get off the beaten path but just wanted to say that the amp link is the biggest piece of crap I have ever seen it trashed my chain front & rear sprokets altogether to cost me about 350$.But a good thing to buy is the cascade chain slide.

you may have installed it improperly. mine has held up nicely and does seem to keep the back end in better contact with the ground. it's worth the money....

I have used the Amp-Link on my Banshee and Blaster. It works very well but the rollers wore out to fast on the Banshee. I now use the Cascade chain slider 30.00, and the White Brothers bottom roller kit which includes the bolt and bearings for 11.00. The top roller is not used with this set up. I still use the Amp-Link on my Blaster but the replacement rollers are 50.00.
