i just got it back from the shop and it seems to run ok and shift fine when riding but it makes a faint chatter noise when you let the clutch out in 'N' and when i go to put it in gear it dies half the time and when i try to start it back up it wont start. same goes for the reverse. i think it has something to do with clutch not engaging properly. the reason for being in the shop (new piston, cam, valve springs, and clutch kit)what do you do you guys think. i cant have 2 bad things happen to me in 1 day (braces)

adjust up the clutch. the MX bikes do the same. that noise you hear is clutch chatter, won't hurt anything for awhile.

adjust it at the perch, or the cable, i don't think it realy makes a difference. i knew a guy that had a new KX 250, and his first time ever riding it was with us (he brought it straight from the dealer to the track) and his clutch plates were chattering, he said he just had to adjust it up.
