I Work at a Kawi/Yami dealer. We just got the KXF400 which is the same. I rode a Z400. I was surprised with the kick uptop. I am curious to see the break in cause it does not have the low end I thought it would. A nice MX quad definintly. I like my 03 Raptor for the trails tho. Im impressedwith the Z/KXF tho...

Raptor owner,why did you get a Z400 if you had a raptor?Is it that much better?I am getting rid of my utility and getting a sport quad but not sure witch one,any input will be helpful.Thanks!

 

I just got back from the beach and the Z400 rides sooooo smooth and for a stock Z it had picked up a few hosepower the last 3 days I was breaking it in. Its a wheelie king for sure, tried on my Raptor but it just has to much power and kicks me over and the z made it much easier. Well if you want the horse power the Raptor is it!! I still love the power of my Raptor but sure do like the ride of the Z! The Z is pretty powerful for the 400 though and if I had a few $$ to put in it I think it would be a fine machine, actually I would like to swap motors between the two but overall I like the Raptor.

The reason I got the Z is because it was better than the warrior I sold and didnt want a Raptor for my wife and my Daughter. They both share it and they love it. For the the couple hundred more dollars I got the Z instead of the warrior and never had a Suzuki before and this bike really surprised me.
