I would like to give the grizz a deeper sound, really don't want to make it louder if I don't have to. Is there any thing I can do with the stock exhust or would a new exhust be better ? If so what are some of the better ones ?
Thanks

If you just want a deeper tone, make up an endcap with a larger outlet. I drilled the extra holes inside the muffler first, but the outlet made the tone deeper. I think I have pics in my sig.

i did the exhaust mod on my griz, and i dont really recommend it. it is a great mod, dont get me wrong. but doing it alone will lean out your moter, witch is never good.
might i sudjest a complete kit from highlifter. it is called a performance package. it consists of a jet kit with the instructions in it, a k&n filter with an overfilter, a funky spark plug, and a ausome supertrapp stainless steel exhaust pipe. it is tunable, and has an ausome sound to it. not too loud, but a mean low rumble that gives it a mean sound!
it you deside this is the way to go, then alot of us in here can advise ya on sertain things with installing it all. total time would be under 4 hours, and the performance is well worth it. total cost including shipping is under $450.00
i would highly recommend the supertrapp exhaust for the grizzly though.
good luck with whatever you choose to do. your starting with one great quad!
