Well I put a new chain on today because the old one was real noise and had a couple of links that were froze up.The new chain(DID ATV X-ring)is loud as he11 also so I checked the chain rollers ,the bottom one had a bunch of play in it , but the top roller was like new so I switched them problem solved for now. My question is where can I get new chain rollers that have bearings instead of bushings? Rocky Moun.ATV has them , but they're for dirt bikes will these work on the Rappy?

You could try www.uppracing.com they might have what you are looking for . Lots of colors and should last a long time.

The chain rollers you are after are from TM Designworks. They come with double bearings as compared to the stockers single bearing plus a bushing. You can get them from MAGIC RACING amoung other places. I had a set of the "Powerlip" variety on my Raptor because I knew from the Warrior that the stockers umm....sucked.
