I guess I need to use more smily faces or something to make my points.
Anyway, I used to live and ride some in PA and I agree that with the terrain there it can take a toll on a machine for sure. Lately, I am almost strictly a sand duner so machines tend to be in a lot better shape plus things tend not to rust here. The rocks, mud and treest do take a toll on a machine out East.

Overally, I do still think a Banshee can be had cheaper than a 250r if both machines are in the same condition. 250Rs are in demand and you pay for that. Banshees are more plentiful and cheaper overall.
