02' Grizz rev limiter removal. Need help.

How's it done. I've heard its pretty easy. Problem is my bike is missing at like 24-25mph. I can rev it up in neutral and it sounds fine, but put it in gear and gradurally get up to 24-25mph and it misses like a rev limiter, or if you just gas on it from a dead stop it will also miss. If anyone knows how I can disconnect and see it that is the problem, let me know. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, sounds liek your valves, or a dirty air filter. Sounds like you are running rich. ALSO, could be a dirty clutch, have you cleaned any of the above lately? Does it do it in Low Range?
