Raptor Toe-In Question?

Area51:
FYI: Next time you need to measure your toe-in here's another way that's somewhat easier. Cut (2) (straight) 2 x 4's to about 30" in length. Lay one on the ground against each front tire. It should be on the 2" side. The 4" side (wider side) should be from the ground up toward the rim and up against the tire. Adjust the 2 X 4's so that the portion over-hanging in front and the rear are equal amounts. Get another set of hands to hold the 2 x 4 on one side (against the tire) while you hold the other side. Now measure the front and then the rear, do your math and you now have the toe-in or toe out. I used to measure the tread from lug to lug back when I raced cars and it was a pain. I then got shown this method and never looked back. It's harder to type in detail then it is to actually do this... Once youv'e done it, it's a breeze.
Also you shouldn't go by the bars initially to check your steering. You should actually line up or center the lower porion of your steering stem (tab where the tie-rods bolt to) first (don't look at the tires), now take a look at your handle bars straight? If not your bars or the stem could be bent. If bent only slightly you can correct with the front-end adjustment process. If straight then go on and do your tire measurements and set the toe-in/out.
