I better send in my warranty card and keep my receipt then !! Thanks for word of advice. I think they should still warranty it though, ask to speak to a manager or something. I would expect them to help you out. Thats just not fair.

i have had a lot of dealings with lonestar. if you bought it new i would tell them they are going to replace it. you might have to start asking for supervisors but either the axle has a life time warranty or it does not. the serial number proves its theirs. the warranty card is just a cheap way out. don't let them get over on you.

See this is what I wanted. Now more than just me (and my "friends" that helped me push it back to camp) are pissed.

Don't worry, I will let them know that fact.

Hope it doesn't have to get ugly, but believe me , I know ugly (my friends that helped me push it back to camp)

Ha Ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seven, did they replace those 3 axels?

If not, why not?

Alright Guys,
Called LS back on Friday. They tried to give me the same runaround about warranty cards, receipts, blah blah blah............

The magic words were "can I speak to a manager?"

The whole coarse of the conversation changed from "I cant do anything for you man" to "what else can I do for you sir?"

What a switch.

They gave me a return # and said the new one will be in the mail as soon as they get the broke axel.

Good thing too, I love thier stuff. I didn't wanna have to find a new place to get billet accesories.
