This weekend, riding at Coral Pink, I hit a couple of whoops, SNAP. Called them for a repacement but since I never filled out my warranty card and I don't have my receipt from almost 2 years ago, I'm screwed.

The worst part (other than the fact I have to buy another $400.00 axel) is we were 2-3 miles from camp.

Ever tried riding a Raptor in the sand with only 1 rear wheel?

NO FUN...........THAT SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, fill out your warranty cards and keep receipts.

Bummer man, that you got broken axle that came from Lone star!!

Must had a bad axle..... They should never break unless you decide to jump off the cliff big time!!

My thoughts exactly. The worst part about it is they wont warranty it.

Love the axel.

Hate the warranty department.

What are ya gonna do?

Oh well, off to Dumon this weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i don't understand. the longstar axles have a life time warranty. every alxe has a serial number on it. what difference should make if the warranty card was sent in or not. it's there axle and it is broke. what more do they need? i think i would buy another brand of axle. maybe an rpm.

Good question. My guess would be that their lifetime warranty is only valid for the original purchaser. They are betting that you will sell the quad before your axle breaks.

Thats exacly what they are thinking!

Thats a bunch of ****, dont you think.

I would buy an RPM but the price is too high since I have to buy all my friends dinner that helped me push it back.

Sounds like I have great friends, huh???????

Get this though, I stripped a LoneStar hub out right after I got it and they replaced it no questions asked. And before you ask, I did not fill out any BS warranty card or have to send in a copy of my reciept.

My bad luck I guess.

Maybe I'll try to call them again tomorrow?

I'll let yall know!
