kawirob, I have to agree with you. I think this engine in a good sport package will eat everything alive. I am sure it will be choked off a bit, but when the aftermarket gets a hold of it, the thing will be unstoppable. You might actually see a 4 stroke that can be modded to keep up with modded shee's. Look at the yamaha R6. It's a twin 600cc that pumps out 125 RWHP! I wouldn't buy a first year model, but would be waiting in line for the 2nd year model. I'm getting all excited just thinking about it.

BlueRulez:
I hope for consumers sake that they don't DE-TUNE the sport version very much. It will be a weapon no doubt, but it would be a sin to restrict what everyone clearly wants.Let's all keep our fingers crossed and wait a little longer.

When I was at Loretta Lynn's ATV dirt day's this summer and we were talking, someone said that Kaw is going to release a 700 twin sport model soon. He also, said that it was going to be a full auto. That is all that I can remember.

Full auto and sport quad should never be mentioned in the same sentence, unless you plan on mounting an M60 on the handlebars of your raptor. A 700 twin sport would be sweet! But an automatic, yuck! Probably gonna be CV drive too! lol

Hey everyone , I would like a statement , Suzuki is NOT making all of the Kawaski quads , as a matter of fact , Kawaski is making all there sport/utility quads and look to see Suzuki putting there name on some of the Kawasaki quads ,example 650 , they have an allience to share cost on research and development and using each others machines to fill the gaps that they needed in there line up. Look for a lot of new stuff in the future from both manufactures. Good day all.

Hey bluerulz just a correction.

A yamaha R6 is a inline 4 cylinder so it can easily make 100 plus hp.
But I do not disagree about the twin being capable of making good hp.
